Stopped caffeine entirely and now when I wake up in a morning I’m in a good mood huh

for those who went caffeine-free, how much coffee were you previously drinking on any given day? 

my current consumption pattern:
iced americano before 12pm; 

caffeine-free drinks only later in the day;

decaf/caffeine free sunday

When I worked at Starbucks I would drink an insane amount of caffeine on a given day. Lately my routine is one 16oz cup of coffee in the morning, then decaf the rest of the day. On weekends I usually have a cup at home and then go out somewhere for coffee as well
