Has anyone really had any good experiences with "play-to-earn"? I've played a lot of Web3 games and some have been really fun, however I've noticed the fun ones don't implement hardly any crypto elements, and the play to earn ones have like zero real gameplay.

Pirate Nation’s introduction of its token and subsequently P2E (or P2A) didn’t spoil it one bit for me. Boomland’s introduction of a Play 2 airdrop campaign was okay for me Most aren’t that impactful. You could simply play without participating in the grind of P2E

Kaidro has a P2A going on now, and PirateNation's Gauntlet Challenge was pretty fun. I'm yet to try out Juicy Adventure as well, heard thats solid too

There are currently 'no' fully implemented games. Although there are more opportunities than you might think if you let go of the idea of sustainability.
