Ripple Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty recently said that the court's ruling that "XRP is not a security" has not been appealed by the SEC. Ripple plans to file its own Form C next week as a cross-appeal against the institutional sales ruling that it is a security.

Vitalik published an article discussing the improvement of Ethereum's PoS mechanism. He proposed two key goals: achieving single-slot finality (i.e., blocks are confirmed in one slot) and democratizing staking (lowering the staking threshold to 1 ETH). To this end, he proposed three possible solutions: improving the signature aggregation protocol, introducing the Orbit committee mechanism, and implementing a two-tier staking system.

According to Lookonchain, a wallet associated with Longling Capital (the cryptocurrency fund of Cai Wensheng, the founder of China's Meitu company) has purchased another 5,000 ETH today. The wallet currently holds 68,064 ETH (about $168 million) and borrowed 44 million USDT from Aave. In 2022, Longling Capital was liquidated for 93,793 ETH (about $114 million).
