shadcn is good if you want 100% design on autopilot, otherwise, go for radix for primitives and style them using tailwindcss, best combo with flexibility + offloading

Shadcn is nice because you can start with simple components, but later you have everything nicely extracted and you can tweak everything the way you want it.
