It’s a branding exercise for products built on top of Ethereum to increase ETH awareness 

A lot of people tend to not realize how L2s work or dismiss ETH for an L2, without realizing it’s all ETH

does /outpaint qualify for this badge? we use embedded wallets, print onchain art, will have artists license 'rights' to collectors onchain and get royalties onchain. going to ask again, what qualifies me to put this badge. I don't have my own chain obviously. feel like we should put an explainer of use cases.
