notes by semantic relevance, as well as geo-spatially and temporally

all I have to do is read and note down what I find interesting and I can explore it all as a graph:

currently uses LLM to automatically pull the date of a historical event from the context in the note - can be extended for the other things you've mentioned, but I'm currently reading a lot of history so this makes most sense to me
