ive also been remote this whole time

literally don’t know what it’s like to have daily office time or how normal industries are like

is this an advantage or disadvantage?

This is where the future is moving to. Being able to allocate attention and effort out of your daily 24 hours to the things you care about, ad-hoc.

Collaboration tools are getting better, you’ve just leapfrogged ahead.

Same with me, I have always been a remote-first contributor across multiple businesses.
