I have been LPing base tokens on Uniswap v3 and Sushi v3 for the last 29 days and overall, I am up 30.5%. However trading volumes have shrunk dramatically and my daily APRs have gone from 3-4% to under 0.5%. Impermanent loss has also ballooned.

I think that’s how these tokens suck you in. Juicy APRs for a week and then it’s crap and you take big IL. I think ppl Gotta be more selective about which ones to LP

Totally agree. You have to LP tokens you believe in and want to own. However it is so early on Base, that there are not many of those :-)
