I was thinking more along the lines of being able to provide additional villagers (10% Trophy of receiving village+10) to one village until they stoke fire. This would let those that onboard people give additional villagers to someone they onboard. That could also let people run events to send additional villagers to, etc.

@nbragg example, burrr is a new village and I want burrr to experience pure success. She's stoked fire once so she has 13 trophies. I can send Burrr 11 of my villagers and she can use them until she Stoke Fire. Once she does that they return to me.
