I remember working at CB and how seriously they took listing info and dates being confidential and that acting upon that information was a fireable offense, not to mention possible prosecution. What in the world happened? How has nearly every major base token listing on CB been frontrun so badly?

My Mac was hacked today, resulting in the loss of my Google account (which I’m unable to recover) and the theft of digital assets from my evm wallet. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, but it has only strengthened my support for @quilibrium. I sincerely hope @cassie can successfully bring this vision to life—protecting every single bit of traffic on the internet. LLTI.

Building /quilibrium Now that the convergence issue was solved, this week has been a speed run to get multiple items over the finish line. The first that made it over the line was reworking how much of the hypergraph is held in memory if that portion of it is stored locally. We are churning rapidly through the mainnet data into this new format so we can all start from the same baseline in testing. Alongside that has been preparing a sidecar to start QCL testing without directly depending on the current mainnet import being completed. This will land before the week is over, likely Saturday given other objectives in flight. Some of those objectives are opening up QStorage and QKMS via QConsole for early use to any builder on Farcaster, as well as others who have reached out to me for access. This will provide a _free_ (up to 5GB) way to host your mini apps, complete with MPC-based key management via QKMS. Theres a few other surprises in store with it, but they're better seen and used than said. Onward!

Stop using centralized chains. Stop letting centralized chains' builders hijack events that aren't about it. Stop giving corner to people telling you centralized chains are for everyone. If crypto is supposed to be decentralized, call out the crypto cosplay, kick out the VCs and shills who are funneling billions into the performance artists turned "founders" launching another centralized fork of the same damn chain, and start building the future.

This week in /quilibrium: - More speed adjustments to hypersync - Smarter peer selection as well - Periodic state saving during sync - Dashboard APIs also got a small improvement around storage utilization - Marketer onboarded (doesn't count as a ship but it's worthwhile news) We're very close to the finish line on getting past 2.1's testnet milestones, and this testing is going to pay off dividends in the overall performance of the network as we upgrade mainnet to 2.1.

Short update for /quilibrium this week as we're grinding through the last milestone for our 2.1 release: - Released, then unreleased a redesign of the main Q website – lots of feedback and we're taking it in stride - Completely redesigned hypersync, getting convergence time down significantly In the background, not yet directly visible shipping: - Streamlined onboarding for when QConsole is enabled for public - Quorum mobile release as soon as Apple gives us the green light
