Dielectric fluids is a term for insulating liquids, so think mineral oil. Water wouldn’t be considered dielectric. It’s a relatively common technique of cooling.

Not sure if you knew, but Chad and I both are students at Amherst College, as well as @maksymsherman, part of the Blockchain club here. I'd like to think we have one of the highest caster per college population (~2000 students) in the world.

Okay, where’s the physical place to be in 2023 for tech communities? I like nyc but haven’t really interacted with any tech community outside of my school friends. I grew up in Singapore where there was a pretty vibrant tech scene, and curious about sf these days and if it’s still worth living there. Also, Miami?
