how do you fast without losing weight or calories? I really want to do the whole 1 (or 2) meals per day, but it feels like it might have negative repercussions. how to fix?

You can eat calorie dense food during your one meal a day. Higher fat content maybe? You might feel sick though πŸ₯² You could supplement one meal a day and do shakes 2 times a day

FC's favorite turn back the clock dude has recipes for shakes https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/ You could also just make fruit/veggie smoothies and add protein powder. I tried Orgain Organic Protein powder. It's fine hahaha
