finally today i try to open the bounty caster website and try to post bounty, i found there is a criteria to post the bounty, that said i must have power badge to post bounty, is that correct?

since power badge got hidden , i wonder if everyone can make bounty?

Bounties get posted automatically if liked by 2 users with a power badge or I can approve manually
