@jacek @wake.eth is this confirmed? I know web3 is permissionless, so they can do what they want, but is this also sanctioned  by official $DEGEN project?

@jacek will confirm, but this chain was launched by him and the Degen project—we are the L3 infrastructure partner with others to make it happen!

was DEGEN always on its own L3? I assumed it was on base. if not, how is the bridging handled?
