Semi & detached prices are holding steady—partly due to limited supply, unlike condos, which keep coming. I think many buyers are waiting for mortgage rates to drop further, but when they do, home prices will jump. So waiting might not get them a better deal.

I've heard lots about condo prices, what's the deal with semi/detached homes? Is it a supply thing with more condos entering the market? Or a wider market situation?
