You're mostly jesting, but tbh I *am* somewhat peeved there's no attempt by him to reinforce why we chose the roll-up centric approach to scaling, when everyone's losing their minds over an L1 that is optimized to be a settlement layer only.

Vitalik has spoken up about the values of the Cosmos eco before, and ofc famously highlighted the merits of the Solana ecosystem during it's lowest point in 2022, so he's not above speaking about specific projects/tokens if that's the limitation here.

I also luv how nobody was talking about how eth doesn’t scale during friendtech mania. Apparently L2’s only work when there is good narrative, after the fact they vanish.
