No shade towards the Network School but it was announced one month away, that probably excludes 95% of potential applicants. Over indexes those who can drop everything and travel to a remote island, independently wealthy types. By design?

To play devil’s advocate, it means if you drop everything and you’re not wealthy, you’re very committed and will be networking with people are wealthy and have a level of conviction in the area you’re interested in. Maybe a good mix for an initial trial run which is what v1 of anything is.

Let's run those numbers. 2k for room, another what, 2k for flights, then food and whatever other travel expenses, let's call it another 2k for the two months. So, quitting your job plus 6k for the ultimate networking experience with no guarantee of a job to come home to. Worth it? For African coders, Chinese liberals and Latin American libertarians?
