Regulators are morons (on average.) maybe just a page called compliance for smooth brains (like me) to show how it work.

The truth is sadly two things:
1. VVV isn't private, that is a lie. Messages are submitted to the proxy service in plaintext (from the perspective of the proxy service)
2. Real privacy coins are not allowed by financial institutions that provide fiat rails, even if the privacy coin offers compliance — the institutions are too scared of risking legal triggers from regulators who don't understand technology.

Give it a few years for regulators to catch up in understanding.
