i feel like i’m very good at remembering / sticking to lifting and climbing, and very bad at doing so with running. i want to get more into running (or some other cardio i suppose?)… any suggestions for building the habit?

Got back into it after a while last year and the first week was the hardest. Peak difficulty was day 4 (I did everyday for first 2 weeks.) Steady decline after day 4 with a mini jump on day 7 then fairly smooth sailing.
