Second time posting about burritos on FC in like 2 days, but specifically Mission style burritos. It's what they serve in Chicago, and it's one of my favorite foods.

Currently in Denver and they're nowhere in sight. I would make them, but the right tortillas are hard to find, and I dunno where to start with the rice.

Def, they're one of my go-tos. Not exactly the same as the ones you get in the hole in the wall Mexican places in Chicago, but they're good. IMO, they're like a way better Chipotle and I like Chipotle so I'm happy.

Based on this convo, at some point I'll definitely have to try a hole in the wall place in Chicago!

I used to stay in pilsen. These two hit hard for the record. Afterwards a stop to the La Michoacana is always worth it
