So excited there is a food channel! In summer I love cooking with berries when they are in season 🍓 🫐 My favorites so far - a cake I recently made from a box mix and buttermilk pancakes with blueberry jam.

Would love to know if you have any favorite dishes that use summer berries and fruits :)

Looks totally delicious! I like to use fresh berries instead of the cinnamon sugar paste in a sourdough cinnamon roll recipe. Ie make the dough per recipe, but swap fresh crushed berries for cinnamon sugar and bake as per directions. Maybe some sugar if you like it sweeter (good berries don’t need it tho imho!)

Haha I travel with a sourdough starter and try to turn everything into a sourdough. You could also use a regular bread yeast recipe too!

Oh my goodness that sounds so incredible! I love cinnamon rolls and having a berry filling sounds like a perfect summer brunch! I’ve actually never made sourdough before but maybe will try someday
