What’s the ONE thing you will regularly go to a 3rd market for than the 1/2 markets where you typically do most of your buying?

Interesting question. Since we’ve travel and also like to cook, I’d say that most “specialty dishes” we make require 3 markets: say we’re in South America somewhere and want to make a Japanese dish. Or here in Spain and want to make a solid Mexican dish. So that one ingredient will depend, but it usually gives that special flavor and ties everything together
