Confession: the rewards leaderboard has been deterring me from wanting to make new content. 

I feel like I’m someone who puts a good amount of effort into my content, and definitely a lot with my scripted videos. 

I see a lot of people who make amazing, thoughtful content and never end up in the top 5.

I think the issue here might be that that the leaderboard is designed for wordcels, not for video content

you put more effort into your vids than the average youtuber lol maybe try short/dumb/post a lot? or hopefully we get different kinds of leaderboards

Good point. It’s not even about me getting my rewards though. It’s just the psychology of it.
