I’m having a difficult week for reasons I can’t yet disclose. 

Last night while I was at yoga (a few hours after receiving bad news) I looked down at my arm and read my tattoo. 

My mom passed away several years ago and this is from a letter that she wrote to me. I didn’t find it until a few years after she passed, which made it even more powerful. 

I got it tattooed so I’d always remember that even though I can’t call her, she’s still here with me.

And yes, her handwriting sucked and yes, she passed this trait down to me.

tattoos in original handwriting are bomb. i have some from dead writers and scientists.

Her handwriting almost looks like my mom who passed too. I have a copy somewhere I will have to share ha.
