i've been heads down building and i'm out of the space news loop right now, so @davidtphung maybe you know —

has spacex addressed starship moon/mars landing mechanics if earth landing is supposed to be a chopstick catch?

no direct statements and design leaks. more speculation on youtube and there haven’t been alot of pairings news for the artemis missions lately. 

artemis ii was planned for this year of 2025 a manned crew fly around the moon but that was delayed until april 2026. sls (space launch system) is behind over budget and really slow on building orin and the non reusable rocket. 

artemis iii will be spacexs starship lunar lander

yea i assume the lunar version of starship will have legs, but that seems to add a lot of extra testing to the timeline
