strong opinion, somewhat strongly held: creatives don't want to create for "content traders" the word "trader" is inherently transactional — someone primarily seeking profit, optimizing for price movement without emotional or philosophical attachment to the asset itself idk a single creative who seeks that out

The value of the idea vs. the value of the performance. One goes into depth, the other goes into metrics. So for many artists, it feels unfair when their ideas become just “fuel” for someone who just packs well and “bought in time”. It's a bit like the relationship between an author and a reseller - the former puts his heart into it, the latter makes a flip.
