I think a lot of people just didn’t re-lock after initial unlocks. 

Those that did, now have smaller allocations and are probably stacking up their allowance over multiple days to be able to give at least one “meaningful” tip to someone. 

Kind of been my strategy so far, but then I’m tipping so seldomly that I forget 😅

For me it feels like the pay to play really killed it. They let people buy in for big allo and farm tips. Holders equity got transferred to farmers and by the time they cut it back down the damage had been done.
