Ok here’s an idea @cojo.eth 
What if @ponder had a “Resolution Pool” for select questions? So in the example of “when will x happen?” you can select the resolution option that sets aside 10%. The consensus payout still happens but the correct cohort gets a future bump.

The next 7 days are gonna be volatile.

And then it will also be volatile after that.
