Announcement of the year (for plat-based cheese lovers) Made my first lasagne primavera with plant-based liquid cheese for lunch today. I know it sounds super ehhhhhhhhtch a sketch but it’s amazing. Butter flavors. Bubbles and browns. They made it for pizza but, being a hacker, it’s on my lasagne.
