A case of 72 yr male pt came with history of abdominal pain.distension.and not passed stools since 5 days 
O/e Diffuse abdominal distension+
Tenderness+
Xray (yellow) shows grossly dilated  gaseous bowel loops 
Pt kept on proctoclysis enema 2 pack and laxatives and discharged
∆ constipation

Sr consultant laproscopic and bariatric surgeon....
