thought experiment re @drakula with TikTok, users decide who wins (algo boosts based on video performance) and therefore which creators gets paid with Drakula, 8 people decide which creators get paid (unless i understand wrong) TikTok: more decentralized, maybe less pay Drakula: less decentralized, maybe more pay

Might be good to start the mission with a board of directors sort of like Nouns did and then release it to the community once the tech and Drakula community/network is fully fleshed out etc. Def feel you!
