Whatâs the most interesting thing youâve learned recently, and how did it change your perspective? As for myself, I recently learned about the concept of âpre-crastination,â which is the urge to complete tasks as quickly as possibleâeven at the expense of doing them well or efficiently. It hit me because I sometimes rush through things just to âcheck them off my listâ, even if it means creating more work for myself later. Im trying to learn to better consider this but itâs a daily effort. How about you? Whatâs something youâve learned that stuck with you?

I challenge my goals by exercising every day. I often feel the bitter taste of failure while exercising steadily for five days a week. After experiencing failure often, I realize that failure is not failure. Failure was the process to success. I'm not afraid of anything. am still living a challenging life today because I know that failure is not a failure, but a process to leap forward
