problem: addresses need human readable names

solution before: register an ens name on ethereum mainnet

solution now: register a .base.eth subname and take advantage of all the base infra to make it easy for anyone to do

base names solve a problem, but namespaces that enable squatting kinda suck. i like Cassie's reference to the effectiveness of discord's old naming system (https://warpcast.com/cassie/0xc7f4bf9b)

with that being said, here are my notes:
- i like that it technically extends the existing ENS namespace
- i think more effort should have gone into preventing squatting/sniping
- would have loved to see how the ENS L2 strategy could have enabled native ENS names on Base instead of this weird fomo-driven campaign to secure yet another name

Even better: a default human-readable name for all active addresses, that's what monique does!
