I first started getting into Base communities in Winter 2023. It's how I initially found @apex777.eth and @dailofrog and discovered an interest in fully onchain projects. After joining Farcaster in Feb, I discovered even more devs that were clearly the real deal, @deployer and @proxystudio.eth to name a couple. What I found compelling about all of them and their work was that they shared a similar ethos of creating and building in a way I appreciated, not just for easy money or fixating on prices, but using their talents to experiment and importantly build community while having fun. This ethos is why I've supported just about everything they've done, and so far it has only benefited me, both in terms of finding community and financially. Basically the point is that finding and supporting people who share your interests, roll with the punches, appreciate a good shit post, and create because they love to create really won't fail you.

Wholesome as fuck and this is what Farcaster is all about. I decided the other day I'm going to start my journey on how to become a self-taught dev. Seeing these kind of casts feels almost like a sign to dig in deep. 420 $degen
