We need to expand beyond crypto niche. Airdrops for web2 users based on their internet activity will /bring new users.

1) Niche Network Expansion: Recruit existing niche groups from Twitter or Reddit by offering them their own unmoderated “frames” to engage, enhancing their collective sense of ownership.

2) Enhanced Gamification: Pair lightweight, virally-designed reward systems like leaderboard staking (not just participation badges) with chain-backed permanence of social proof—bringing crypto flex into practical UX (I think this is what $NATIVE and $SOCIAL  is exploring)
