Wanna talk about the main issue of building your own body that I see a lot of people doing. ESPECIALLY skinny guys! Tracking calories. YOU need to do it if you want to gain weight because a lot of us just think that we eat a lot(I thought the same), but we actually aren't. By tracking calories you will see exactly how much do you eat. There a lot of tracking apps but i personally recommend you My Fitness Pal. It will have a big impact on your bodybilding journey. Also, you need to know how many calories do you need, you can calculate it via internet(just google) Same works with losing weight. Just trust me and do that. It will help you.
