I had a better night sleep last night and feel much better for it 😌

back to dreamland today. i think partly its due to the heat wave and keeping the aircon on all night. ive woken up with dry throat and a headache in the morning which i can only imagine is due to the dry air being pushed out by the ac.

you're so right. i tried sleeping without it and i was so uncomfortable. i couldn't sleep at all.

I'm struggling with it because of temp differences between the master bedroom & kids room. Can't crank it up 😢
