I understand the value proposition you're describing but at the end of the day, you're getting the exact same amount in your wallet, isn't it? Or is there an element of prestige attached to higher price point?

Put aside the finding part & let's assume there is 1 collector willing to offer $1K and there are also 1000 collectors lined up to offer $1, would you still go for the 1/1?

Answered the poll, but will share here too:
I'd prefer 1/1 because that sets a value expectation of my work and would make it easier to justify a decent price for future work. It's a lot easier to find 1 person than 1000 people to buy your work, too, if you aren't an influencer already.

I’d take the 1000 editions at $1 and have my art scattered throughout the world, very unlikely to die in one wallet
