same as my daughter! for us, we have a routine of getting her to tidy up her toys / books after homework followed by hot shower, hot tea / warm milk, nightly prayers, then slow song playlist.. gotta be consistent on winding down by 9pm so to sleep by 10 - 10:30pm..
