Is XMTP not supported by Coinbase wallet anymore? Can’t find it on my new phone now.

I haven't checked Coinbase Wallet for ages. Mainly have it on my phone for testing DApps. I did check now and I can't find it either, but the wallet looks very different than how I remember it(much more simple now). I last probably opened it 4 months ago, and it had XMTP. I test now on an Android. Word around is that Coinbase wallet will integrate some Farcaster tech, but I don't think that's the reason for removing XMTP.

i doubt it’s coming back. priorities changed and now base is focused on building a farcaster client. and merkle is opening up dc apis for base for this integration so most likely and makes more sense to integrate fc messaging than xmtp. xmtp is losing support from apps faster than it’s gaining. not looking good for it.

Correct there's a fip that would "open" a permissioned API... Is not even a premissionless API. More on that discussion here: https://github.com/farcasterxyz/protocol/discussions/226#discussioncomment-12520077
