I'd prefer FastAPI, pydantic, pyright for small-medium sized projects any day. For large projects, it depends on each project.

FastAPI + Mypy all the way. Python will just carry you much further and faster on the backend.

Think you'll find a TypeScript-heavy group here, but I much prefer Python personally (I'm not a good dev, though)

depends, if backend+frontend i'd do js (one language per project, easier), else python, but really depends on your context and goals
