it's a fascinating and somewhat confusing space. My work interrogates the status of the holder which is not often unravelled, but its foundational in that it mediates any interaction with a verifier or an issuer or third party. This can be grounded in different jurisdictional ideas in law.

Yeah but difficult on this format. LAW is 3 main jurisdictions- land air and water hence L A W. Legal systems create a person which is a merchant corporation separate from the man. The person is under maritime law. The law of water hence liquidity, cash flow, birth (ships berth) certificate and your citizen-ship.

Trust law is in Air jurisdiction, common law and natural laws are land based systems and legal systems are water which is the lower jurisdiction. So if you establish your identity in land or air you can become the executor of the legal person.
