It's a double! They happen every so often, really lovely to see. We used to have a lot of poppies at our /allotment and every year through natural hybridization, some would be doubles like this. 25 $DEGEN

You're so welcome! I was equally perturbed when it happened, but after a few seasons I started understanding. Here we save their seeds and spread them throughout the whole neighbourhood... every so often, a double pops from the seeds... you can never tell which ones, but it's always nice to see.
