Try kettle bells next! Inverted ones are great for wrist strengthening. The stronger your wrists the safer Olympic lifting is. If you work on your form with the bar bell, you’ll have muscle memory to move to 2X 25 LB bells. They work stabilizers and stress out your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
