i've done a complete 180 on this since starting fabric: v hard getting people to care about your product, even if its well executed. impossible if its a half-baked turd

if you're gonna create something, respect the game and make it great

taking too long? reduce scope not quality

Ship it. But not public open desperate for anyone to care. Ship it half baked to a few. Keep opening up wider as you go.
