Looking for feedback on startup idea. Thanks! Mission - Maximize the access to and interest from distributed capital. Product 1 - Think Wefunder built on crypto rails. Crypto crowdfunding with compliant equity distribution. The paradigm of investors getting equity is a good one - let's democratize it.

Would imagine the two hard problems here: 1. Identifying the initial set of customers (and how you can make them aware ofthis) 2. Regulation

These two questions are why I had imagined the initial product being like Wefunder but built on crypto rails. So it's a way to crowdfund startups and actually get equity legally. Wefunder does this now by leveraging Regulation CF (RE: compliance). I think this could be a good fit for early crypto startups...

That being said, I don't want to just build a clone of Wefunder with crypto rails - it already works well without crypto. However, as an initial product it could get us some revenue that we could use to expand. The foundations being built on top crypto make the potential for innovation much greater.
