new instagram features that make me think wtf:

1. on reels, you can see who of your friends already liked the reel

2. on posts, you can now see # of shares like how many times it was sent to someone else

3. on profiles, switched from a square to a rectangular grid (rip all the photos purposefully square cropped)

They’ve also integrated share IDs into the link, not really sure how else to describe this. You used to be able to delete the SHID from a link you created when clicking “Copy”, now it’s just integrated into the link as a single hash.

I don’t like this.
