A problem that Kojeve said the US would have is that it would be prone to having constant revolution projects because it was missing what he called the father authority. 

The father authority arises from heredity and is like tradition in that it's the past affecting the present. Kojeve said that the US constitutional authority removes the father authority, and so tradition has less of an effect in filtering revolution projects.

Though this was a negative to him, I think the context of today turns this into a positive. Given that so many parts of our lives are stuck at local optimums, I think this lack of tradition makes the US more adaptable and willing to change.

I don’t think tradition can be taken away from the human experience. But I do agree that technology increases the pace at which tradition changes. Which would be correlated to wisdom & development generating influence to abandon outdated practices aka ‘tradition’.
