I’ve been in Japan over a month and have observed people’s hand washing patterns over 100+ times now. People are fucking disgusting. Tourists and local alike. I’ve seen zero peple wash their hands properly. Zero. I carry soap with me. I worked in a lab all through college so proper handwashing it ingrained in me and after covid it should be top of mind for everyone. 25% of women skip washing their hands all together. Most Japanese women run their fingers only under the water for 3 seconds. Most tourists rinse their hands for 5 seconds. I’m not touching anyone here. Yall nasty.

Lol! I work in the "hospitality" industry and find people unacceptable in general. Somebody else has to clean up your mess right? That somebody else is a person (not me thank God!) so why not wipe your ass on the bath towel and throw it on the floor? The tips are not worth it wipemyour ass with toilet paper then flush
