Got some light workout stuff done at home over the weekend (the gym is too busy on Sat/Sun) but back at it today. Just getting back into the gym swing of things. Pulldown (machine): 3 x 10, 100 Abdominal Crunch: 3 x 10, 40 Triceps Extension: 3 x 10, 80 Torso Rotation: 3 x 10 each side, 100 Calf Extension: 4 x 10, 100 30 minutes level 11 bike
